Heard & Smith, L.L.P is looking for experienced lawyers to help us cover hearings as Of Counsel to our law firm. In addition to our Heard & Smith staff lawyers who conduct hundreds of hearings a month, we rely on experienced local of counsel lawyers to handle many of our hearings. We are looking to expand our relationships with even more experienced Social Security attorneys this year.

If we add you to our of counsel network, you’ll get emails from our scheduling team when a hearing comes up in your area. Most of counsel lawyers who cover hearings for us handle between 3 and 6 hearings a month. We also refer DIB/SSI clients to many of our of counsel lawyers.
