Heard & Smith, L.L.P is looking for experienced lawyers to help us cover hearings as Of Counsel to our law firm. In addition to our Heard & Smith staff lawyers who conduct hundreds of hearings a month, we rely on experienced local of counsel lawyers to handle many of our hearings. We are looking to expand our relationships with even more experienced Social Security attorneys this year.

If you are interested in learning more about how you could work with Heard & Smith as an of counsel Social Security lawyer please email Joshua Eyestone at jeyestone@heardandsmith.com. Let Josh know what OHOs you cover most often for in person hearings, and he’ll send you more information about the opportunity. If you are interested in pursuing the opportunity further we will schedule a call to discuss how we could work together.

If we add you to our of counsel network, you’ll get emails from our scheduling team when a hearing comes up in your area. Most of counsel lawyers who cover hearings for us handle between 3 and 6 hearings a month. We also refer DIB/SSI clients to many of our of counsel lawyers.

Heard & Smith takes the responsibility of representing SSD claimants very seriously. Our staff is dedicated to fully developing claims and helping clients through the entire SSD process. Lawyers at Heard & Smith represent SSD claimants because we enjoy the challenges of fighting the good fight, and the rewards of serving clients in great need. If you are an experienced Social Security lawyer who also believes SSD claimants need high quality local representation, please consider contacting us about this of counsel opportunity.

To apply for this contract (of counsel) opportunity please email jeyestone@heardandsmith.com with contract hearing coverage in the subject line.
